Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, build, and productionize ML models and advanced analytical systems that set the standard for data science and MLOps.
  • •Take ownership of a portfolio of predictive and prescriptive models—maintain, monitor, and improve while delivering next-generation high-impact use cases.
  • •Embed ML and advanced analytics capabilities into the data platform and go-to-market motions in partnership with BI and Data Engineers.
  • •Establish reusable methodologies, decision frameworks, and MLOps practices standard across the team’s systems and knowledge-layer architecture.
  • •Mentor and raise the technical bar through design reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing, while evaluating emerging techniques and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering, or advanced analytical modeling with a proven track record shipping production business-impacting models.
  • •Experience designing and implementing complex ML and advanced analytical systems at scale, including owning models through their full lifecycle.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, plus hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks and Lakehouse or cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
  • •Deep understanding of MLOps practices (experiment tracking, deployment, monitoring, retraining) and optimizing ML systems for production.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
