Job Summary

Lead regional cybersecurity training for the Global Security Services (GSS) Cybersecurity organization, working onsite in El Segundo. You will support the Training & Talent Development team to design and continuously improve training strategy, deliver OJT and train-the-trainer sessions, and create data-driven training metrics and briefings. You’ll coordinate new-hire onboarding logistics, support Workday cybersecurity initiatives, and help scale automation and early talent pipeline programs, with periodic travel for program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the GSS Cybersecurity training and talent development strategy aligned to organizational objectives.
•Assist with evaluating and enhancing training effectiveness using data-driven assessments and recommend improvements to meet evolving cybersecurity needs.
•Develop, analyze, and deliver comprehensive training metrics, reports, and briefings for cybersecurity professional managers and regional stakeholders.
•Schedule orientations, lead On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs, and host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
•Coordinate new hire training logistics for the first two weeks, track training progression, and assist with Workday cybersecurity training initiatives and early talent pipeline programs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Relevant experience in cybersecurity (including systems security or hardening), Information Technology, physical security/security, or project/program management and office/senior administration.
•Experience supporting computer technologies such as databases, operating systems, network hardware, software programs, hardware troubleshooting, or electronics.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Ability to understand cybersecurity frameworks and align workforce development and compliance training (e.g., NIST, RMF, NICE Framework).
