Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customer goals and challenges into an SAP AI architecture vision tied to measurable business impact.
  • •Design and deliver scalable end-to-end SAP AI solutions on SAP BTP using SAP AI Foundation and SAP Build Suite.
  • •(C0-)lead architecture reviews and blueprint sessions, advising stakeholders and communicating complex topics in business-friendly terms.
  • •Define success criteria and ensure performance, quality, and adoption across the SAP AI ecosystem while applying responsible AI practices.
  • •Support pre-sales and solutioning with proposals and PoCs on SAP BTP and AI Core, and mentor junior AI architects to grow team capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •6-8 years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in an architect role.
  • •Professional fluency in German (B2+) and English (C1+).
  • •Solid expertise in SAP architecture and full-stack enterprise application development on SAP BTP (including SAP Fiori and CAP framework).
  • •Hands-on SAP AI architecture experience, including agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and Generative AI on SAP BTP (RAG, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration).
