Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
  • •Lead press operation including setup, changeovers, startup, operation, and shutdown.
  • •Run jobs according to customer specifications, manufacturing standards, print specifications, and operating procedures.
  • •Complete accurate production, quality, and job documentation.
  • •Work with and direct Press Assistants and Pit Crew to minimize downtime, support training, and drive 5S/WCM and continuous improvement.
