Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead international financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions, owning both the numbers and the narrative driving decisions.
  • •Serve as the go-to voice for financial performance analysis and partner on cross-entity financial matters with Booking Holdings and affiliated brands.
  • •Take the lead on high-impact finance initiatives (payments, launches, new markets) and build the supporting data flows, workflows, and control frameworks.
  • •Own internal control environment across jurisdictions (SOX, anti-corruption, corporate policy) and ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed with exceptions resolved.
  • •Build and lead the accounting team through coaching, mentorship, and setting standards of excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including meaningful time at management level.
  • •Own financial reporting end-to-end, including improving processes—not just producing reports.
  • •Deep fluency in local GAAP and/or US GAAP, internal controls, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
  • •Lead through complexity across teams, time zones, and competing priorities.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong communication to present to senior executives and coach junior team members.
