Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Review client portfolios and recommend credit facilities aligned with bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risk.
  • •Formulate relationship strategy and account plans for each client, ensuring penetration and cross-sell strategies to meet KPIs.
  • •Maintain client relationships at the decision-making level and position the bank as the preferred provider.
  • •Manage an active pipeline of new-to-bank real estate transactions and coordinate with clients and product teams for mandate execution.
  • •Conduct credit risk assessments, risk rating, and structuring of facilities; prepare credit proposals and coordinate with risk management and compliance on queries.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth understanding of the real estate (RE) market and the financing product suite.
  • •Experience managing real estate clients, primarily in Dubai.
  • •Ability to independently structure financing requirements while adhering to organizational lending policies.
  • •Ability to assess risks associated with real estate lending at various stages of development and conduct credit risk assessment/risk rating.
  • •Knowledge of related legal infrastructure, including Escrow laws (advantage).
