Senior Low Observables Technician - Coatings

Prepare and apply low observable (LO) coatings and radar-absorbing materials (RAM) to composite and metallic airframe structures for unmanned air systems. You’ll perform surface preparation, mix multi-component coating systems to specification, apply coatings using spray and hand-application methods, and run in-process quality checks (e.g., wet/dry film thickness, adhesion). Maintain equipment and detailed process documentation while supporting qualification of new LO coating processes and rework/repair.
