Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain production timelines across departments, and manage stock/non-stock product life cycle including lead times and sunsetting strategy.
  • •Create product strategy, positioning, and messaging; set pricing; develop go-to-market plans; and deliver monthly revenue forecasts.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales through product development, QA, and release; support market research, competitor analysis, and product launch.
  • •Manage third-party vendors supporting the product line, establish partnership/licensing opportunities, and lead training and product demos at sales meetings and field events.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree in a related field (MS/MA/MBA a plus).
  • •3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.
  • •5+ years of experience in the building products industry.
  • •Technical background with experience in wood materials.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation/public speaking.
