Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to technical due diligence for project feasibility assessments within PPP procurement models.
  • •Identify and evaluate construction, technology, and regulatory risks, and validate schedules, cost estimates, and risk allocation mechanisms.
  • •Review and assess key project documents (e.g., offtaker specifications, project agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements) for compliance with standards and regional precedents.
  • •Prepare comprehensive technical due diligence reports, construction monitoring reports, and operational performance reviews for lenders and other stakeholders.
  • •Review technical assumptions in financial models and perform capex and opex benchmarking for utility-scale power and water assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure project development, construction, or technical advisory.
  • •Strong conceptual understanding of PPP projects and project finance fundamentals.
  • •Excellent report writing, analytical, soft skills, and presentation skills.
  • •Technical expertise in a utility sector such as Water/Wastewater treatment or Power Generation (renewable and non-renewable).
