Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure personal and workplace safety.
  • •Independently complete assigned testing tasks.
  • •With guidance from more experienced lab personnel, complete test flow development and execution.
  • •With guidance, manage, build, upgrade, diagnose faults, and repair test equipment and calibrate it.
  • •Diagnose and repair faults in test support equipment and instruments; participate in improvements, innovation, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Education: junior college or above in refrigeration, electrical, automation, computer, or mechanical-related majors.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT.
  • •Basic English reading, writing, and speaking ability.
  • •Possession of an electrician operations certificate is preferred.
  • •Have electrical and mechanical-related knowledge and the ability to learn quickly and analyze problems.
