Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, answer questions, and help guests locate seats during the event.
•Assist in keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems.
•Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity and help verify staff credentials for restricted areas (if needed).
•Guide guests to exits or provide instructions/assistance during emergencies and assist with end-of-show venue closing tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy when assisting guests and resolving issues.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, and lift/carry 25 lbs.+.
