Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate primary and secondary crushing equipment to produce crushed stone, sand, and gravel to specifications.
  • •Monitor plant operations to maintain proper material flow, gradation, and quality standards.
  • •Perform routine inspections of crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment; identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
  • •Adjust controls and settings to regulate material size, throughput, and production efficiency.
  • •Maintain compliance with safety policies and MSHA regulations; complete housekeeping and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance; keep production logs and downtime records.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience operating crushers, screening plants, or similar heavy equipment in an aggregate or mining environment preferred.
