Job Summary

Lead a team of Functional Analysts and quality specialists delivering financial systems across ERP and SaaS platforms. Own end-to-end delivery for finance initiatives (PTP, OTC, RTR, Tax, Treasury), partner with Finance, Procurement and Engineering, drive automation and Generative AI to scale delivery, manage vendor relationships, and ensure SOX/ITGC compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, develop, and support a team of Functional Analysts and quality specialists to deliver finance system solutions.
•Own the delivery lifecycle for finance-domain initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and operational handover.
•Set the standard for high-quality Functional Analysis across the team, including documentation, design, vendor engagement, and operational readiness.
•Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to deliver across a hybrid SaaS and custom-built ERP ecosystem.
•Drive strategic initiatives across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Tax, and Treasury processes; shape cross-functional solution architecture.
•Manage vendor relationships across the systems portfolio, including roadmap discussions, escalations, contract reviews, and performance management.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in financial systems delivery, functional analysis, or enterprise applications within large-scale ERP environments (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar).
•5+ years of people management experience with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing analysts.
•Led complex finance systems initiatives end-to-end (requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption).
•Deep knowledge across enterprise finance processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Tax, and Treasury operations.
•Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A in global organizations.
