Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and repair Starlink products for Aviation systems under FAA, Warp and other guidelines
  • •Operate, collect and report test data for vibration, shock, thermal, RF, load and other tests to meet FAA certification requirements
  • •Create and document test processes using Test Plan, TestX and Warp features
  • •Design, procure and perform mechanical and electrical assembly and CI test systems for Starlink aviation platforms
  • •Drive troubleshooting of hardware issues in real-time and provide feedback to eliminate repeat issues

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate; OR bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
  • •2 years in an electrical or mechanical test/integration environment
  • •Experience working on aircraft or aviation/aerospace hardware (preferred)
  • •A&P certification and IA certification (preferred)
  • •Ability to read and interpret cable harnesses, wiring diagrams, GD&T, schematics, assembly procedures/work instructions
