Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Pigment platform rollout and upkeep, reducing dependency on the external service provider and acting as the internal expert.
  • •Optimize Pigment configuration, drive integrations, and build a roadmap for consolidation and reporting across FP&A and Accounting.
  • •Design and implement a structured budgeting process in Pigment, including workflows, calendar, and contributor governance.
  • •Establish operational controls including disciplined change management and a financial data governance framework (definitions, quality, single source of truth, access governance).
  • •Lead finance data and automation initiatives beyond Pigment, including self-service analytics, reconciliation automation, variance analysis, and AI agent deployments; also scope priority dashboards and mentor junior analysts/interns.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in Finance Data, FP&A, or Finance Systems roles, ideally in consulting or a tech scale-up environment.
  • •Hands-on experience rolling out or running Pigment (or a similar EPM tool like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion).
  • •Comfort partnering with FP&A, Accounting, and Data/IT stakeholders while driving internal autonomy from an externally managed tool.
  • •Some experience with SQL or Python and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • •Fluency in both French and English, with enthusiasm for applying AI to Finance using agents and LLMs.
