Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Provide case management, individual coaching, and connection to resources and benefits in collaboration with World Relief team.
•Promote stability using a strengths-based approach to help clients access healthcare and attain self-sufficiency.
•Document activities, maintain compliant case files, and track program data per grant requirements.
•Coordinate with cross-departmental staff to ensure client integration and referrals across programming.
•Enroll clients in eligible insurance and healthcare benefits (e.g., Medi-Cal, Social Security) and assist with scheduling appointments and transportation.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.21 - 25.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; or equivalent work experience.
•Mature and personal Christian faith; committed to World Relief’s mission, values and beliefs.
•Cross-cultural experience.
•Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
•Local travel and transportation of program participants required, and use of personal car.
