Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction cost management (e.g., Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Cost Controls).
  • •Experience providing conceptual estimating and/or pre-construction services at a construction management or related firm.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale construction projects and programs.
  • •Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters such as value management/value engineering, and excellent communication skills.
