•Drive sales and marketing of Sika products to target markets in coordination with the Sales Manager, ensuring profitability in line with budgets.
•Improve market and customer penetration as per the plan through effective promotion and portfolio standardization.
•Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and relevant business data as instructed by superiors.

•BE Civil / Diploma in Civil with 5 to 8 years of experience.
•Must have knowledge of concrete mix design.
•Ability to analyze potential and translate plans into action with key customers.
•Capable of producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and relevant business data.
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills to develop and retain customers.
