Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes across public and private sectors, owning delivery outcomes.
  • •Administer NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts and set/ challenge strategy for project performance.
  • •Provide leadership by setting high standards, managing performance efficiently, and working effectively in ambiguous and challenging environments.
  • •Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing responsibilities are met, applying CDM across the teams under your responsibility.
  • •Coach, mentor, and develop other Project Managers and contribute to inclusive collaboration and client/industry partnership building.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients.
  • •Proven experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a current named Project Manager role or within the last 12 months.
  • •Excellent leadership skills to set high standards, manage performance, and utilise people and resources to meet stakeholder expectations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Practical understanding of CDM and ability to apply it appropriately across teams, including leading the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility.
  • •Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and building long-term trusted advisor relationships.
