Manage and maximize a portfolio of trade credit insurance policies in Hong Kong, applying commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality. Negotiate terms with stakeholders, coordinate with Claims, Policy Administration and Credit Risk, nurture partner relationships, drive retention and upsell initiatives, and lead ad hoc customer-centric projects.

•Manage and maximize a portfolio of trade credit insurance policies.
•Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio.
•Negotiate the most suitable policy terms for all stakeholders while delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction and company’s profitability.
•Coordinate closely with different internal functions (i.e.: Claims, Policy Administration and Credit Risk).
•Maintain satisfactory relationship with all business partners and intermediaries

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of account management with proven track record of overachieving retention, up-sell / cross-sell targets.
•Exceptional presentation skills.
•Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
•Good negotiation skills and a team player.
•Bachelor degree or above
