Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the completion of detailed designs within the mechanical discipline and oversee the work of others.
  • •Provide design and technical guidance within a multidisciplinary MEP team on a wide range of projects.
  • •Direct the production of detailed and performance specifications for the discipline, subject to colleague review.
  • •Assess feasibility and lead overall feasibility studies for projects within the discipline.
  • •Review design programmes and ensure adequate resources are available to complete the works.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or related field
  • •Proven experience leading MEP/mechanical design projects in building services
  • •Strong knowledge of UK regulations and Part L calculations
  • •Proficient in mechanical design software (Revit MEP, 3D design tools) and AutoCAD
  • •Ability to obtain UK Security Check (SC) and work with multidisciplinary teams
