Active Antenna System Engineer

Own system engineering activities for active antenna architectures, from collecting stakeholder requirements to formalizing them into models and specifications. Drive RF/power/digital trade-offs, perform flow-down to subassemblies (RF front-ends, amplifiers, power supply units, digital control units, BFN, harness), and model antennas across lifecycle stages. Support IVV-Q, manage supplier and customer interfaces, and ensure performance, quality, schedule, and cost for the program.
