Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB.
  • •Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB and communicate business value to stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with sales on account planning and opportunity qualification, taking ownership of technical discovery, demos, proof of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation.
  • •Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events such as trade shows and account-based marketing events.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, including 5 to 7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
  • •3+ years professional experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#).
  • •Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • •Ability to review complex application architectures with customers and provide guidance on improvements using technology.
  • •Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly.
