Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and financial reports for technology cost centres and indirect costs.
  • •Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting by collecting inputs, building detailed cost centre budgets, and maintaining forecast models.
  • •Analyse technology and indirect costs to identify trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • •Maintain and report KPIs for technology spend efficiency, cost per user, platform utilisation, software licence optimisation, cloud consumption, and indirect cost metrics.
  • •Support technology investment analysis (ROI and benefit tracking) and vendor/contract analysis for technology spend decisions and reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with actively progressing study toward full qualification.
  • •Demonstrable experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting, or business partnering roles.
  • •Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or cost analysis.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
