Manager - Waterways Management Control Center (WMCC)

Manage and coordinate the WMCC-VTS centre, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and legislation. Develop, maintain, and review management standards, emergency procedures, and evidence handling for incidents within the waterways area of responsibility. Lead and appraise a continual shift team of WMCC Vessel Traffic Service Operators, manage safety culture, audits, reporting, and drive automation and upgrades for VTS processes.
