Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute the timing of live and taped sports programming across linear and non-linear deliverables.
  • •Meet with managers and production teams to review production schedules, rundowns, editorial direction, and show details.
  • •Oversee production and staffing needs, including editing, control room operations, technical production, and art department coordination.
  • •Write and supervise scripts; oversee editing of stories and game-related content; field produce stories and live remote productions as assigned.
  • •Manage a team of Associate Producers and Production Assistants by assigning tasks, supervising performance, and ensuring timely deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years producing entertainment or sports television programming.
  • •5+ years of Control Room experience line producing live and taped programs.
  • •6+ years of progressively complex live remote or related production experience.
  • •Fluent bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Broadcasting, Radio/TV/Film, or equivalent experience; strong working knowledge of INEWS and major production tools (e.g., MS Office, Avid Interplay).
