  • •7-8+ years of post law school corporate or transactional experience with independent negotiation of pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters).
  • •Licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada).
  • •Experience in transactional law and contract work for sophisticated financial services clients.
  • •Experience with financial services firms such as asset managers or investment banks.
