Key Responsibilities

  • •Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • •Identify customer needs and recommend and explain bank products and services; refer to bank partners as needed.
  • •Assist customers with account and transaction inquiries, including balances, history, charges, and interest rates.
  • •Support Financial Center Manager operations by performing teller and/or teller manager and financial service representative duties as needed.
  • •Practice safe and sound banking procedures and adhere to laws, internal controls, operational procedures, and security protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or the equivalent required.
  • •Minimum of one year of experience, with specific bank experience preferred.
  • •Notary preferred.
