Job Summary

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in qualifying sales leads from an Engineering standpoint.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and sales teams.
•Lead technical sales meetings to understand customer cybersecurity challenges and align them to Fortinet solutions.
•Build cybersecurity solutions and Bill of Materials aligned to customer needs and requirements.
•Conduct technical presentations of Fortinet products and solutions and lead RFxs, demonstrations, PoCs, ensuring Fortinet’s solutions exceed customer expectations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
•3+ years of experience in Security Operations Teams (Blue Team, Red Team, SOC Manager, Senior SOC Analyst)
•2+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering roles is a plus
•Deep understanding of enterprise network security architectures and industry frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, COBIT, PCI-DSS, FERPA, HIPAA)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
