Key Responsibilities

  • •Install equipment at customer sites, including equipment with new features, unload components, assemble, align, and test to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • •Diagnose problems, evaluate and perform appropriate repairs, and collaborate with colleagues and field support to isolate and solve issues.
  • •Maintain and optimize equipment daily to enhance functionality and prevent problems.
  • •Train customers in use and routine maintenance, advise on correcting malfunctions, and suggest changes in user procedures when needed.
  • •Perform administrative duties (pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, monthly reports) and prepare technical reports independently; mentor less experienced personnel when appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and semiconductor processes; knowledge of relevant software.
