Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and resolve process quality anomalies, conduct nonconformance reviews, and drive corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Supervise and optimize on-site inspection execution, improving inspection standards and inspection methods.
  • •Organize or participate in process audits (e.g., layered audits, Gemba, special audits) and support system, customer, and internal audits.
  • •Lead customer complaint investigations, partner with other departments to eliminate root causes, validate corrective actions, and author/submit 8D reports.
  • •Coordinate return, repair, and re-delivery of defective parts; prepare repair spares for customers and regularly analyze customer quality data to drive prevention of similar issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Quality Engineering-related majors.
  • •10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in quality-related work and 3+ years in the electrical industry.
  • •Hands-on experience operating an ISO/TS16949 quality management system.
  • •Practical experience with quality tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
  • •Strong self-drive and leadership with good communication and coordination skills.
