Job Summary

Lead continuous improvement across manufacturing operations by designing and optimizing processes, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing performance data. Manage 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material) change initiatives and support factory KPI delivery across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, yield, waste, and OEE. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements, maintain standardized process documentation, and coach others on operational excellence methods.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes by analyzing workflows, space requirements, equipment layouts, and resource utilization.
•Lead process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM) to reduce costs and waste while improving productivity and quality.
•Collect and analyze manufacturing/process performance data; monitor factory KPIs including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, Yield, Waste, and OEE.
•Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve technical and operational issues.
•Manage 4M change initiatives and ensure safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance, including documentation, audits support, and training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific, or a related field.
•3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, production engineering, manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, or process improvement.
•Knowledge of automation and control systems (preferred).
•Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
•Experience developing/educating working teams.
