Assist experienced Service Technicians with installing and repairing environmental control systems at customer locations. Use refrigeration theory, control systems knowledge, pipe fitting, structural layouts, and blueprints to diagnose and repair units with safety as a top priority. Collaborate with supervising field technicians, project managers, and customers to understand on-site installation requirements, including planning materials and aligning work schedules.

•Assist seasoned Service Technicians in the installation and repair of environmental control systems.
•Help identify, examine, diagnose, and plan equipment repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Work with supervising field technicians, project managers, and customers to understand on-site installation requirements and coordinate materials.
•Use cutting-edge software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
•Continually enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets.

Salary: USD 15.07 - 45.21 hourly

Key Requirements

•No industry experience required, and formal HVAC training/experience is not required but will be considered for proficiency and starting compensation.
•Must be at least 18 years of age to start.
•A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
•Strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world around you.
