Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues in partnership with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and support stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs, supporting operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to be constantly moving in and around all areas of the store.
