Talent Sourcing Associate Manager

Lead sourcing for high-volume retail frontline hiring, managing a team of Talent Sourcing Associates and Specialists while driving SLA achievement. Own end-to-end bulk hiring campaigns, assessment events, store openings, and proactive talent pooling aligned to workforce forecasts. Ensure speed, quality, and candidate experience through screening and shortlisting. Partner with government, education, training, and community organizations to build sustainable pipelines, while using analytics and SAP SuccessFactors to monitor metrics and maintain compliance.
