Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft realistic program schedules and manage project lifecycle elements such as partner matrix, risks, issues, and change follow-ups.
  • •Collaborate with the AMD project management office and engineering community to drive continuous system and process improvement.
  • •Track, analyze, and report weekly on plans, status, progress, and drive corrective actions when required.
  • •Support requirements definition, problem resolution, team decisions, and project planning.
  • •Follow up with program managers on compliance with processes/tools and help onboard schedules in MS Project Server, including building automated reporting capabilities with data visualization tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 44,500 - 71,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Canada-based university Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (AI/ML specialization is an asset).
  • •Knowledge/experience with program/project management and software development.
  • •Experience with MS Office, including Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros), PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
  • •Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
  • •Experience with SQL, Python for process automation, JIRA, and PC architecture/data analysis (basic statistical and visual analysis).
