Product Manager for Luma’s core product, owning the roadmap for AI-driven, consumer-facing creative tools. Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for Luma, translating user insights into AI-driven creative features.
•Launch and iterate on pro-level photo and video tools, driving growth in active users (creators).
•Deepen engagement through new feature development and agentic tools.
•Lead cross-functional sprints, balance trade-offs, and maintain a clear roadmap in a fast-paced environment.
•Conduct user research with professional creators to validate feature ideas and optimize engagement loops.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years shipping consumer-facing creative or editing tools (web or mobile) for professional audiences.
•Deep expertise in photo/video workflows and UI/UX prototyping (wireframes, micro-interactions, pixel polish).
•Strong analytics background: comfortable defining metrics, building funnels, and iterating on retention.
•Excellent communicator who thrives in high-agency, ambiguous environments.
•Passionate about AI and eager to integrate generative and automation technologies into your roadmap.
