Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to construction sites safely and efficiently, following dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair issues.
  • •Ingest and egress the truck safely, operate steering/shifter/levers, and monitor gauges during operation; investigate abnormalities and perform minor field repairs.
  • •Add materials (fiber, color, or other additives) as needed and ensure product quality (e.g., slump) before delivery.
  • •Maintain communication with the dispatcher, check delivery tickets for instructions, record sales and deliveries, collect money as required, and maintain operator logs/records in line with DOT regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Class A or B CDL (unrestricted) and a current DOT medical card.
  • •Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

  • •Able to follow OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and all other company or state rules and regulations; must have current US authorization to work or be able to obtain it without company assistance prior to start date.
