Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess processes and identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • •Design and implement technical solutions leveraging process automation technologies, including writing Solution Design Documents during Agile sprints.
  • •Develop requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, information systems, computer science, analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • •Two to four years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, operations, business analysis, process automation, application support, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, test, document, and make defined changes using at least one of VBA, Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, or a comparable approved platform.
  • •Working knowledge of at least one supported Capital Markets area, such as broker-dealer operations, swap-dealer operations, foreign exchange operations, or client onboarding.
  • •Ability to analyze business processes, document requirements, support user acceptance testing, interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical actions.
