Job Summary

Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets for actuarial pricing and portfolio monitoring. Automate ingestion, extraction, transformation, and loading to improve reliability and scalability across actuarial workflows. Create Power BI dashboards and automated reports for trend detection and KPI monitoring, partnering with actuaries and business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into reusable data solutions. Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate across governance and analytics/AI teams.

•Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support actuarial pricing, portfolio management, and business reporting.
•Automate existing data ingestion, extraction, transformation, and loading processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
•Create analytics-ready datasets for pricing analyses, trend studies, profitability reviews, and portfolio KPI reporting.
•Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports for actuaries and business stakeholders to monitor portfolio performance.
•Identify, document, and track data quality issues and support production processes by monitoring jobs and troubleshooting failures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
•3–6 years of experience in data quality, data governance, analytics, or data management roles.
•Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, automation, and workflow improvement.
•Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying, transforming, reconciling, and validating large datasets.
•Experience with Databricks and Delta Lake concepts or similar cloud data platforms; familiarity with Microsoft Azure services.
