Key Responsibilities

  • •Run enablement through workshops, templates, reusable patterns, development standards, and a maker community.
  • •Guide business teams from first idea to solutions they can own and maintain using Power Platform.
  • •Help teams build safe and compliant solutions by default, covering environment strategy, DLP, access, agent grounding, and data handling.
  • •Contribute to Center of Excellence operations, including tooling, monitoring, and platform standards.
  • •Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in automation development.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience building and developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • •Experience with Copilot Studio or comparable agent tooling.
  • •Some scripting/pro-code background such as PowerShell, C#, or JavaScript to extend the platform when needed.
  • •Automation experience (e.g., RPA, PowerShell, CI/CD, or cloud-based automation tools).
  • •Fluency in English and ability to communicate with stakeholders at varying technical levels.
