Job Summary

Support Group Compliance by preparing and delivering management information and regulatory reporting with strong data quality controls. Analyze compliance datasets, investigate discrepancies, and create metrics, dashboards, and reporting standards. Build Python-based automation to streamline validation, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and exception reporting. Produce analytics for KPIs/KRIs and executive oversight, collaborate with Compliance IT and stakeholders, and maintain documentation while promoting responsible AI-enabled productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, validate, and deliver Group Compliance management information and regulatory reporting, ensuring completeness, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
•Perform data quality assessments across internal data sources; investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
•Design and maintain Python-based automation for rule-based data validation, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and exception reporting to reduce manual work.
•Analyze compliance datasets and develop management dashboards, KPIs, and KRIs to support oversight and data-driven decision-making.
•Collaborate with Group Compliance, Compliance IT, Data Management teams, and Operating Entities; maintain technical documentation and ensure governance/audit compliance.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail and data quality mindset.
•Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
