Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI Search Agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities using reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making.
  • •Optimize LLM-based query understanding, including multi-turn conversation semantic analysis and LLM reasoning for accurate search results.
  • •Develop LLM technologies for diverse search scenarios, including pre-training strategies and efficient RLHF algorithms to improve relevance and timeliness.
  • •Use multimodal large models for visual representation learning and video understanding to strengthen search retrieval.
  • •Optimize RAG and LLM pipelines, improve retrieval ranking, and train/optimize LLM answer generation while translating research into production.
  • •Translate LLM/Agent research outcomes into production with cross-functional collaboration to drive product iteration and upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proficient in C++/Python with a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
  • •Basic understanding of LLM fundamentals such as prompt engineering and fine-tuning workflows.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with experience delivering technical projects.
  • •Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning with practical experience in NLP, CV, or related domains.
