  • •Work closely with test engineers and vendors to resolve component and board fabrication and assembly issues.
  • •Actively participate with cross-functional teams (design, SI, high-speed characterization, DFT, and ATE test) to implement effective test solutions.
  • •Evaluate new components and/or design processes to increase test coverage and reduce production costs.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE or higher with a focus on RF/communication or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in ATE board design.
  • •Experience working with SI/PI teams to improve performance of high-frequency signals.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Cadence Allegro, SPICE, PCB impedance calculator, and Perl.
  • •Critical thinking, good communication and collaboration skills; excellent debugging, analytical, and technical writing skills.
