  • •Provide product advice and act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring timely responses to requests and training AI support agents as needed.
  • •Promote learning and collaboration by creating and updating onboarding guides, videos, webinars, templates, and more.
  • •Help define the future of Numeric’s products by sharing customer feedback with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap.
  • •Contribute to a culture of rapid iteration and learning, getting product experiences in front of customers quickly and fostering trust and open dialogue.
