Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring production runs smoothly. Inspect product quality against standards and adjust settings as needed. Detect and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues, support accurate production flow and reporting, and complete machine clean-up and set-up for product changes. Work under supervision from the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager and cross-train across other parts of the production process.
