Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as local point of contact for ICT and internal control matters and coordinate with business units and group stakeholders.
  • •Maintain effectiveness of operational risk management and internal control integrated frameworks (ICIF).
  • •Implement, maintain, and review 2nd line ICT risk management framework, strategies, and reporting aligned to DORA.
  • •Facilitate self-assessments, conduct risk assessments, and ensure appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  • •Coordinate operational incident management and oversee/monitor/challenge internal controls and action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • •Proven experience in operational risk management, internal control, information security, and IT risk management (preferably in insurance).
  • •Proficiency in risk management and internal control tools, methodologies, and practices.
  • •Proven knowledge of DORA regulation and its requirements.
  • •Strong communication skills in Swedish and English and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
