Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain the global video fleet to ensure peak operational health, including preventative maintenance and upgrades.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event service incidents, including hardware/software issues and RMA handling.
  • •Manage cloud video interoperability partners and report on success metrics/KPIs using dashboards and AI tools.
  • •Use ServiceNow to track incidents, service tickets, and change requests; report Exec and P1/P2 AV issues in daily operations meetings.
  • •Build and evolve global video fleet standards, manage inventories, plan refresh/upgrade work, and provide escalation and feedback to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,390 - 177,240 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in audio-visual centric operations and service delivery in a fast-paced technology support environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Cisco/Polycom fleet operations and video conferencing equipment and incident resolution.
  • •Experience managing cloud video interoperability partners and ensuring service KPIs are met.
  • •Ability to create dashboards/tools for success metrics using AI technologies and related applications.
  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (strongly preferred).
