Job Summary

Own the testing and delivery of new Time & Scheduling tools during deployment across KH Indonesia, especially factory operations. Partner with global process owners and deployment leads to roll out global templates using a “One Best Way” approach. Develop business requirements, create change and deployment plans, ensure effective testing and KPI adoption, and collaborate with global COEs, technology teams, and partners to drive continuous improvement and policy harmonization.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development of “One Best Way” templates for Time and Scheduling processes to drive global consistency for Indonesia factories.
•Create detailed Business Requirements Documents to ensure process and technology deliver efficient operations and project success metrics.
•Build and deliver change and deployment plans on time, in full, within budget, and with no disruption to operations.
•Ensure effective testing of new technologies and adoption of new Key Behavior Indicators for Indonesia factories.
•Liaise with global COEs and technology teams to drive integrated solutions and support policy harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives related to Pay and Time processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (or related); Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
•5+ years experience in managerial positions, including HR-related system transformation.
•Project management and change management experience.
•Deep functional expertise in scheduling and Time & attendance global processes; ideally production planning and site management.
•Experience with problem solving and continuous improvement, plus good knowledge of Indonesia labour regulation.
