•Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in survey research, social research, market research or research operations
•Strong data management, validation, cleaning and quality assurance; SPSS syntax and data processing workflows
•Experience leading multi-country research projects, coordinating internal/external teams, timelines and budgets
•Proficiency with SPSS; experience with Python, R or Stata is a strong advantage
•Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders
